Make it your race

Settings save in this browser when storage is available. Saving starts a fresh round and keeps scores. Notes and diagrams follow your uploaded chart: G, A, B, high C, and high D.
Both modes award only once per round. Guided mode requires PASS before the winner taps.
Timed turns always keep the same note for fair comparisons.
Notes in the challenge bank

All seven letters remain available as answers, so students can make mistakes. The thumb sits to the left of the top finger hole, matching your chart. There is no automatic answer correction.

Choose the challenge note

Choosing a note clears the current answers and starts a fresh round. Scores and logged attempts stay. The name is hidden on the main staff; students choose it themselves.

C and D are high C and high D, as shown in your chart. Change the enabled notes in Settings.

How to race

Look at the shared staff note. Both contestants get the same note. The challenge bank contains G, A, B, high C, and high D from your fingering chart.
Name it and show the fingering.Choose A–G. Tap each hole to cover or uncover it. A black circle is covered; an empty circle is open. The separate circle is the left thumb, and the divider separates the two hands.
Press Done to lock in.The game records who finishes first. The other contestant keeps working until Done or teacher review. Clear resets only your own unlocked answer.
Judge the first finisher, then the other.Choose Review first finisher. GREEN PASS enables that student's score; RED FAIL moves to the other contestant. If both fail, no points are awarded. In teacher-directed mode you can judge verbally and tell the winner to tap their score after Done.
Tap the winning score once.Only one award is allowed per round. New round clears answers and keeps scores. The answer key is available only during review or after the round ends.
Timed turns · 1–3 players: Enter unique initials. Look at the note, start the timer, build the answer, then Stop & lock. The performer taps GREEN PASS or RED FAIL. Both log the play and ready the next player; only PASS earns points and a ranked time. The note stays the same between turns. Rankings compare the same note and challenge label.

Keyboard: Tab between controls; Enter or Space selects a letter or toggles a hole. Phone panels stack vertically. Settings stay locally when storage is available; scores, times, and work reset on refresh. Nothing is uploaded. Use Board test on your actual VisiTouch board to confirm simultaneous touch input.

  1. Look for two separate moving circles and the two-lane success message. A mouse-only input cannot verify multitouch.
  2. Close this check. Have both contestants tap their letter choices and holes at the same time. Neither side should stop the other.
  3. Press Done on one side. Only that side should lock until you begin review.
  4. Review the first answer, mark it incorrect, then approve the other. Only the approved score should accept one tap.
  5. Start a new round. Workspaces should clear and scores should remain. Confirm that the shared staff note matches your selected challenge.

If only one circle appears, this browser may be receiving a single mouse pointer rather than separate touches. Check the board's touch connection/input mode and try the browser on the board's connected computer. Reopen Board test to repeat the check. Settings stay only on this browser when storage is available; refresh clears scores and workspaces.

No real-board result is assumed until you test here.
